Exchange Policy
We facilitate exchange only in case of a size issue, based on our official size chart displayed on every product page.
Exchange Eligibility:
If the delivered product’s measurements differ from the size chart by 1 inch or more, we will allow a one-time exchange.
Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of parcel delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
Non-Eligible Cases (No exchange will be offered for):
Change of mind, or personal dislike of design/color.
Incorrect size ordered (despite the size chart being available).
Slight color variations caused by screen resolution/lighting.
Customized or altered orders.
Note: All sizes are clearly mentioned. Customers are advised to check the size chart carefully before placing an order.
Return & Refund Policy
We do not offer returns or refunds, except in the following cases:
If you receive the wrong product (design/color).
If you receive a damaged or defective item.
In such cases:
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photos as proof.
Upon verification, we will process an exchange.
Exchange Request Process
Contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 48 hours of delivery.
Share clear photos and issue details.
Once approved, you’ll be guided on how to return the product.
Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
An additional delivery charge of Rs. 200 will apply when sending the new parcel.

Only one-time exchange is allowed per order.
No exchange or refund on Sale or Discounted items.
Misuse of this policy or suspicious behavior may result in order cancellation or customer blacklisting.
